Review abnormal records
Every alarm reported by the workstations is in the abnormal records. This page covers how to filter them, what the colors in the on-site handling column mean, how admins confirm them, and what you can see in the details.
Open 生产管理 (Production) › 异常记录 (Abnormals). This is where every alarm reported by the workstations is listed.
Filter
You can filter by time, work order, device, line and station, level, and confirmation status.
On-site handling column: what the worker tapped on the workstation
| Color | Handling | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Green | 复位继续 (Continue) | The worker fixed it and carried on |
| Red | 终止工单 (Abort Order) | The worker stopped production |
| Blue | 自动解除 (Auto-cleared) | Cases such as a completed redo. The system cleared it by itself once the condition was back to normal |
| Yellow | 系统误报 (False alarm) | The worker thinks the machine got it wrong. The image has been sent back to the training platform |
Alarms not yet handled show a gray "未处置" (Not handled). For how workers handle alarms, see Read and handle alarms.
Confirm
After an admin has reviewed and dealt with an alarm, click 确认 (Confirm). You can also select several and click 确认所选 (Confirm selected), or click 全部确认 (Confirm all).
Confirming and on-site handling are two different things
On-site handling is what the worker taps on the workstation. Confirming is what an admin clicks in the console afterward.
Details
Click 详情 (Details) to see:
- Basic info;
- The inference chain: what was expected, what was actually seen, and what to do;
- On-site evidence video or images.
At the bottom there is 让小合诊断 (Ask Xiaohe to diagnose). It helps you judge whether it is a false alarm and how to adjust the rule.
