Manage devices
Device management lists all of your company's workstations, with their online status, versions and validity period. This page covers what each column in the list means and what company admins can do.

Columns in the list
SN, device name, software version, component version, purchasing company, last heartbeat, status, activation time, validity period.
The component version has three parts:

How online is worked out
Online = a heartbeat within the last 5 minutes, calculated in real time. If a workstation shows offline, first check that it is powered on and connected to the network.
What company admins can do
- View details, including the internal network IP and the versions of the three components.
- Change the device name.
A device must be bound to a station before it can be scheduled. See Maintain lines and stations.
