Understand the flow from process to production
From creating a product to starting work on the workstation takes seven steps. This page explains the order and a few key words you see on screen. Each step has its own page.
Seven steps to set up a production line
① Product → ② Production line (stations created automatically) → ③ Bind a workstation to each station
(these three steps do not depend on the SOP process and can be done first)
↓
④ SOP process → operation content (materials / classes / zones / step rules)
↓
⑤ Submit for training → training platform (extract frames → auto-label → manual review → train)
→ verify on the workstation → choose a model
↓
⑥ Submit for review → review approved → released process
↓
⑦ Work order → line scheduling (operations scheduled to stations) → the workstation loads it
automatically, and the worker taps "开始生产" (Start)| Step | Go to |
|---|---|
| ① Product | Create a product |
| ② ③ Production line, bind devices | Lines and stations |
| ④ SOP process and operation content | Create an SOP process, The editor and basic info |

Words you see on screen
| Word on screen | What it means |
|---|---|
| SOP / 工艺 (SOP process) | The complete set of work standards for one product |
| 工序 (operation) | The work done at one station. It maps to one workstation |
| 步骤 (step) | One step in an operation. Detection rules are set at this level |
| 草稿 (draft) / 正式工艺 (released process) | What you are editing is a draft. Once the review is approved, it is locked as a released process. Workstations use the released one |
| 送训 (submit for training) | Send this operation's footage and classes to the training platform to create a training project |
| 排产 (schedule) | Assign "work order + operation" to a specific station, so the workstation knows what to do |
