The prompts and sticking points you run into most often in the admin console, listed by symptom with what to check first.
Building processes and submitting for training

| Clicking "AI 提取步骤" (AI extract steps) shows "需要作业指导书作参考" (Work instructions needed as reference) | First click 提取作业指导书 (Extract work instructions) to generate one. The teaching video has already been uploaded; you don't need to upload it again. See Materials |
| Submit for review is blocked with "…用了零件检测规则，但工序还没有模型" (…uses part detection rules, but the operation has no model yet) | Follow the checklist: if it has never been trained, click 去送训 (Go to training); if it has been trained, click 选用 vN (Use vN). See Fill in operation basics |

| A model was released but the workstation did not switch | ① Is the training version still at test version? ② Has the SOP process not been approved yet? ③ On the workstation's training page, do the two checksum rows say "一致" (Match)? If not, tap 同步到本机 (Sync to device) |
| "训练采样" (Training Sampling) is missing on the workstation | Your company does not have the training platform enabled. Contact your HEMI account manager |
Process status
| Symptom | What to check first |
|---|---|
| A released process can't be edited | This is normal. First click 退回草稿 (Return to draft). See Change a released process |
| An SOP process under review can be neither edited nor deleted | This is normal. First settle it on the review page. See Submit and review a process |
| An approved SOP process can't be deleted | This is normal. If you no longer need it, click 停用 (Disable). See Manage released processes |
Lines, scheduling and devices
| Symptom | What to check first |
|---|---|
| When scheduling, a station shows "未绑设备,不能排" (No device bound, cannot schedule) | Go to line management and click 捆绑设备 (Bind device). See Maintain lines and stations |
| The workstation doesn't receive the schedule, or pause has no effect | ① Is a device bound to the station? ② Wait for the next heartbeat, 30 to 60 seconds; ③ If the workstation is offline, it catches up once it is back online |
| Changing the number of stations on a line gives an error saying you must remove links first | The line has schedules, process assignments or bound devices. This block is on purpose. Changing only the name or prefix does not trigger it |
| The device list shows offline | No heartbeat for 5 minutes: check that the workstation is powered on and connected to the network |
| A menu is missing | The role has not been granted it, or the parent menu was not checked too. See Understand what each account can see |
