Change a released process
How you change an SOP process depends on its status. Edit a draft directly. For one under review, settle the review first. For a released process, return it to draft first. Changing only the model doesn't need a return to draft. This page lists what to do in each case.
Choose by situation
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| Draft not yet submitted | Edit directly and save |
| Under review | First settle it in SOP 审核 (SOP Audit) (pass or reject). See Submit and review a process |
| Approved and in production | 正式工艺 (Released process) → 退回草稿 (Return to draft) → edit → submit for review again. See Manage released processes |
| Change only the model | No need to return to draft: "训练版本" (Training versions) → 使用此版本 (Use this version), or release stable on the training platform. See Train and choose a model |
| Replace only the teaching video | For a draft, replace it directly. For a released process, video replacements are recorded and the old video can be restored. See Manage released processes |
| Change the insertion check range | Write it back from the workstation's "标定" (Calibrate) page. The process is returned to draft automatically and must be submitted for review again. See Calibrate the insertion check |
Saving an approved process directly in the editor
If you click save on an approved SOP process in the editor, it asks you to confirm "保存将退回草稿" (Saving will return it to draft), and the version number goes up by one. After that, you also have to submit it for review again.
The line keeps running while it is back in draft
The released version stays live and the line keeps running the old version. It is replaced only after the new review is approved.
