Do the pre-shift check
Before each shift, spend half a minute checking that the job is right, the network works, and the camera and bins are in place.
In short
- Start work only when the production line, station, product, work order and operation in the header match the job your team leader gave you.
- The camera view is clear and not blocked, and the bins, parts and fixtures are in their usual places.
What to check
| Item | How to check |
|---|---|
| Are the production line, station, product, work order and operation in the header right? | Compare them with the job your team leader gave you. If they do not match, do not start yet; press Sync in the header. If they still do not match, ask your team leader |
| Network | Green "Online" at the top right. You can still work without the network; records are uploaded automatically once it is back |
| Camera view | The picture is clear, nothing is blocking it, and the parts and bins are all in view |
| Bins, parts, fixtures | In their usual places |
| Tower light | All off when idle; green means producing, yellow means standby |
Do not move the bins, parts or fixtures
The machine learned them in their usual places. Moving them easily causes false alarms.
