Verify on a workstation and release
A new model must be verified on the workstation against real parts before you release the stable release. The training platform, the workstation and the admin console work together. You can release the stable release from any of the three, with the same result.
Before you start
- The model has finished training and its mAP meets the target. See Train a model.
Steps
- On the 模型 (Model) page of the training platform, click 发测试版 (Release test version) on the new version.
- On the workstation, go to the 训练采样 (Training Sampling) › 训练 (Training) tab. Find this test version in the model version list, click 验证模型 (Verify model), and check the class-by-class checklist against the real parts. For how to do this on the workstation, see Train, verify and release a model.
- If verification is fine, release the stable release. You can do it in any of these three places, with the same result:
- On the 模型 (Model) page of the training platform, click 发正式版 (Release stable);
- On the workstation's training page, click 发布为正式版 (Release this version);
- In the admin console, in the operation's "③ 模型与类别 → 训练版本" (③ Model & classes → Training versions), click 使用此版本 (Use this version) (or "选用 vN" (Use vN) in the checklist).
How to check it took effect
- For a process that has already passed review, the model is hot-updated to the workstations automatically.
- For a process that is still a draft, it is sent out only after it passes review. See Submit and review a process.
If verification is not good
- On the workstation, click 去补采 (Collect more) for the parts that are not recognized accurately;
- Or review more on the training platform. See Label and review;
Then train again.
