Open the training platform
We recommend opening the training platform directly from an operation in the admin console. You do not need to enter your account and password again. If the operation has not been submitted for training yet, you can submit it and open it in one click.
Before you start
- Your company must have the training platform enabled first. If it is not enabled yet, we need to enable it for your company first. Contact your account manager.
- The operation must have its detection classes set up first (in "③ 模型与类别" (③ Model & classes) of the operation in the admin console). See Set up the model and classes.
Open it from the admin console (recommended)
- In the admin console, go to 工艺管理 (Craft) › SOP 管理 (SOP Drafts), edit the process, select the operation, and click 打开训练平台 (Open training platform) in the top-right corner.
- The browser opens a new page that shows "正在登录训练平台…" (Signing in to the training platform…). Then it takes you straight to this operation's project. You do not need to enter your account and password again.
If the operation has not been submitted for training yet
A "还没送训" (Not submitted for training) dialog appears first: "「工序名」还没有送训，训练平台上没有对应项目。要现在送训并打开吗?" ("Operation name" has not been submitted for training, and there is no matching project on the training platform. Submit it for training and open it now?)
- Click 送训并打开 (Submit for training and open): it submits for training automatically, then opens the project. Submitting for training only creates the project, extracts frames and runs AI pre-labeling. It does not train automatically.
- If the operation has a teaching video, you see "已送训。教学视频正在后台同步到训练平台素材，传完后会自动抽帧和预标注（视频大要几分钟）" (Submitted for training. The teaching video is syncing to the training platform footage in the background. When the upload finishes, frames are extracted and pre-labeled automatically (a large video takes a few minutes)). After a few minutes,
teach-<number>.mp4appears in the footage list. - If the operation has no teaching video, you see "已送训。这个工序没有教学视频，请到训练平台手动上传素材" (Submitted for training. This operation has no teaching video. Please upload footage manually on the training platform).
- If the operation has a teaching video, you see "已送训。教学视频正在后台同步到训练平台素材，传完后会自动抽帧和预标注（视频大要几分钟）" (Submitted for training. The teaching video is syncing to the training platform footage in the background. When the upload finishes, frames are extracted and pre-labeled automatically (a large video takes a few minutes)). After a few minutes,
- Click 取消 (Cancel): nothing happens.
Sign in with an account and password
You can also open the training platform's sign-in page directly and sign in with 账号 (Account) / 密码 (Password). Accounts are created by an admin. Usually opening it from the admin console is enough, and you do not need to sign in separately.
How to check you are in the right place
After you get in, there are three menus on the left:

Each company can only see its own projects.
If it will not open

The link that opens the training platform works only once
After the link is used once, it expires. If you refresh that page, you get a message that the ticket has expired. To get in again, go back to the admin console and click 打开训练平台 (Open training platform) again.
