Check state
When different states of the same part (lid on / off, sealing ring present / missing) were trained as different classes, use this group to pass or alarm by state, or to judge a state change.
This group can only be used when the model was trained with different states of the same part as different classes. For example, "lid closed" and "lid not closed" are two classes.
If the training data did not label the states separately, do not choose these types
State types require the different states to be labeled as different classes at training time; see Set up the model and classes.
Exclusive state check
What it judges: seeing the "pass state" passes; seeing the "fail state" reports an abnormal event.
Typical uses: sealing ring on the bottle base → pass, missing → alarm; good solder joint / cold joint; lid closed / not closed.
How to configure:
- Pending class (optional): when it appears, keep waiting; for example, "bottle on its own".
- Pass class (required): when it appears, the step passes.
- Abnormal class (required): when it appears, an alarm is raised immediately.
- Judgment parameters: minimum confidence, pass duration, abnormal duration, entry duration, maximum wait time. The defaults suit most sites.
- Abnormal level: 警告 (Warning) / 异常 (Abnormal) (recommended) / 严重 (Critical).
- Abnormal message:
- Abnormal code: uppercase English, such as SEAL_RING_MISSING;
- Chinese and English messages for the operator.
Inside a combined condition, it only judges the state and does not raise its own alarm
Inside a combined condition, it only judges "pass state present, fail state absent", and the fail state does not raise a separate alarm.
The pass class and the abnormal class cannot be the same class; otherwise the editor shows a contradiction warning. See Use combined conditions.
Object state change
What it judges: the start state is seen first, then the target state; that counts as the change being completed.
Typical uses: a box changing from open to closed; a solder joint changing from untinned to tinned.
How to configure: start state class → target state class.
Note: the two states must be different classes.
